Team Leader Trainee
Foegley Landscape is looking for smart, hard working, above average individuals for Team Leader trainee positions.
Successful candidates must be intelligent, demonstrate common sense and possess the physical ability to perform heavy labor. Preferred candidates will have strong moral ethic, good work habits and a desire to succeed. They should love the diversity and challenges of working outside while creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes. Prior experience is not necessary, but successful candidates must be willing to work their way up through the ranks. Candidates with prior farming or agricultural expericence are encouraged to apply.

We are currently seeking trainees for Landscape Contracting, Landscape Planting, Maintenance and Irrigation crews.Trainee's may have the opportunity to work on a variety of teams. After preliminary and orientation training most additional training is "on the job." There are opportunities for participation in company and industry training programs, such as the Certified Landscape Technician program by PLANET.

After a period of training and experience, trainees may be promoted to working team leaders. A team leader must be able to work with minimal supervision and direct the activities or two or more team members at the job site. Before being promoted to Team Leader, the following skills must be demonstrated: reading blueprints, proficiency with paperwork and time management, fluent operation of a variety of equipment, including snowplows and other pertinent skills
